Thank you for visiting and shopping at CBC Roasters. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy. Free shipping on all orders over $30.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will be roasted and packed the same day and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be roasted and packed the next business day and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be roasted and packed the next business day and shipped within 24 hours.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
CBC Roasters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
CBC Roasters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
- We currently do not ship internationally.
- Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as “gift” or with altered prices.
Return Policy
- Coffee Bags and Consumables:
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened coffee bags. However, if there’s an issue with the quality of the coffee, please reach out to our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
- Unopened coffee bags can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The bag must be sealed and in its original condition.

Merchandise and Equipment:
- Merchandise, brewing equipment, and other non-consumable items can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unused and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@cbcroasters.com. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we’ll issue you a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
- For items purchased online, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
